Digger bucket repairs

The old digger bucket had been badly deformed through use.

We removed a damaged section and replaced it with new 12mm mild steel plate to the client’s specification.

An option would have been to replace it with Hardox plate which is a stronger material.

Also pictured is a shovel bucket which we repaired with a new bottom face, a new lip plate and a new cutting edge.

The last photo shows a bucket fitted with 30mm thick wear strips.
